Emma Lynch is a Career and Life Coach and workshop facilitator specialising in
well-being and career confidence workshops within organizations. Emma’s work
focuses on supporting individuals in finding clarity, direction, goals, and
strategies to thrive in work and life. With a Master’s in Applied Positive
Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she is also accredited as a coach by the
EMCC. Emma combines her experience in positive psychology and coaching
psychology with her thirteen-year career in Human Resource Management.
